Install/Replace a Template/Layout in Blogger

For the new Blogger, and without "beta", changing or installing a new template is a bit different and we will see him step by step.

  1. First of all, if you have widgets or changes in your template: careful! Save the code of each of them in a text editor to be entered after your new template.
  2. Go to the tab "Squad" or also known as "design" from the desktop and then to the "Edit HTML."
  3. From here we have two ways to install the template:


  • First Form: Uploading template from the hard disk.
  • This option is the simplest and most effective, this on top of the field editing code, first we click on "Browse…" and look for our staff in XML format, and we selected click on "Load" and you have the template installed.


  • Second: Paste code template directly.Click the "Expand templates widgets", paste code directly from the template (. Txt) and store.

Notes:
  • You can not use the old Blogger templates in the new, or vice versa.
  • Blogger gives you the alarm that removing some widgets, Click "Confirm and Save"

  • #navbar-iframe {height:0px;visibility:hidden;display:none}

  • Some users may have problems with characters in the template, yes these two methods do not work:
